Joy has held roles in leadership and higher education for 31 years. She focuses on teaching organizational culture and change, leadership and fellowship, and personal and professional development. She is a collaborative leader who enjoys team interaction and works with executive and professional MBA students on their personal development.

Anjali Barnick, PHD

For 25 years, Anjali has worked with engineering clients and consulted as a project manager. She teaches in various arenas and has developed a curriculum for many institution’s engineering, business and education programs. Her teaching philosophy is, “You are capable of learning anything with patience and dedication - it’s worth the effort."

​Dr. Len Grinstead

Over the years, Len has served in a variety of academic roles, spending many years in human resources in both corporate and higher education settings. He has worked in recruitment, training and development, and was an HR generalist in nuclear stations for Exelon. He loves teaching, and his background in HR Management is relevant to a variety of courses.
