Waheeda Abdulaziz Said is a CEO and Strategic Education Executive with over 15 years of leadership experience across K–12, higher education, and corporate learning sectors throughout the Middle East and North America. A specialist in organizational development, quality assurance, institutional effectiveness, and AI/VR integration in education, she is widely recognized for building high-performing teams, leading accreditation reforms, and driving innovation through emerging technologies. Waheeda provides strategic advisory for global education and EdTech initiatives, collaborating with organizations such as DuDiligence Advisory (Dubai), Enlightened XR, 123 Publishing, institutes in Saudi Arabia, and Learn with Leaders. She serves on the boards of DuDiligence Advisory, Ahmad Bin Majid International School (Oman), Resilience Training & Consulting (USA), and Alazizi Global Projects (Oman & Saudi Arabia). She is a certified Accreditation Evaluator and Lead Evaluator with extensive experience developing quality frameworks and accreditation standards. Waheeda holds a Certificate in Advanced Educational Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a B.A. in Biochemistry from Hood College. She is based between Oman and the United States and is fluent in English and Arabic.
